In lighter roasts, the coffee is bright and jammy, with notes of dried cherry, strawberry, honey, and vanilla. At medium, the profile rounds out into chocolate-covered strawberry, vanilla, and a creamy muscovado sweetness. Moving into medium-dark, the fruit dries down into dried strawberry, dark chocolate, and a deep, fruit leather quality with a heavy mouthfeel. At dark roasts, the fruit steps back and gives way to roasted nut, brown spice, and baker's chocolate with a long, grounding finish.
